1. About Us

BidMy11 ("the Platform") is a cricket auction management service operated by Zennode Technologies LLP. By accessing or using BidMy11 at bidmy11.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use BidMy11. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of any organisation you represent.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at info@zennode.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Each account is for a single organisation (tenant). Sharing credentials across organisations is not permitted.

4. Permitted Use

BidMy11 is provided for lawful cricket auction management purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent activity
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written consent from Zennode Technologies LLP

5. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of BidMy11 may require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay on behalf of Zennode Technologies LLP. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service in addition to these terms.

• Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Zennode Technologies LLP reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds, cancellations, and subscription downgrades.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of BidMy11 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Tournament data you create remains yours; Zennode Technologies LLP does not claim ownership of your content.

8. Intellectual Property

The BidMy11 name, logo, and platform software are the intellectual property of Zennode Technologies LLP. You may not use our branding or reproduce platform functionality without prior written permission.

9. Availability and Modifications

We aim to keep BidMy11 available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Zennode Technologies LLP is not liable for any losses arising from temporary unavailability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zennode Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BidMy11. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

Zennode Technologies LLP may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by a notice in the app. Continued use of BidMy11 after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
